Billing questions
No, because we never took your card. When the 14 days are up your account goes read-only and you choose whether to subscribe. Nothing is charged without you actively deciding to.
It stays where it is. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account becomes read-only — you can still sign in, read everything and export it. Deleting your account is a separate, deliberate action you take yourself.
The 14-day trial exists so you can decide before paying anything. If you subscribe and something is genuinely wrong, get in touch and we will sort it out rather than hide behind a policy.
Not yet. Today an account belongs to one person and the records are private to them. Shared ledgers between two people are the obvious next step, and they will not cost extra when they arrive.
